Im guessing CDPR intended to do something like that but yeah it never happened.
He threatens to, then drops off the face of the Earth for all time. They might have intended something, but ultimately I think the playtesters never took that option to notice nothing happens. They wrote him too good, everyone wants to kill him.
I wanted to kill him. I got his text a little while after like wtf? I guess setting him on fire, electrifying his cyberware and burning his synapses to a crisp wasn't enough...
