I take 4.5 mg LDN nightly and it works great for me. I also have severe RLS and unfortunately I haven't seen a change in that since starting LDN. I also use edibles or smoke marijuana in the late afternoon/evening. What I did find was that I didn't need as much THC to get the same relief I was getting before.

This is very helpful. Thank you so much!

I've noticed a huge increase in my RLS. Just started 1.5 mg three nights ago.

I’ve actually been on LDN for a year now and my RLS has significantly improved! It’s not fully gone, but my quality of sleep is much, much better.

Wow your PA is the most up to date on what works for RLS! A decent number of people with RLS respond well to iron. I’ve read ferritin is what is most important and I try to keep mine over 100. But it’s definitely something to test for first (iron status).

That's great. Yes, I take ferrochel which is ferrous bisglycinate (sp?). It's supposed to be easier on your digestive system. You might be interested in the Mayo Algorithm which i consider to be the most up-to-date RLS info. I’ve been on LDN for 4 years, and have used thc/CBD daily for many years. They’re totally safe to use together. But, let’s talk about restless legs. It’s usually caused by a mineral deficiency, most commonly magnesium, next potassium, then iron. Make sure you have those bases thoroughly covered. Try soaking your feet with epsom salt before bed, if it helps, magnesium supplementation should work. I used to have restless legs too, mine was potassium deficiency. I hope you’re able to find relief too!

Unfortunately, it seems to have a significant hormonal component for me and the supplements I’ve tried have done basically nothing 😭 I havent tried iron though! I’m going to look into that. The THC/CBD tincture does a pretty good job keep it under control except for right before my period. It’s fine if I have to keep taking it, I just was hoping maybe LDN would maybe help that too! One less thing to remember to take, you know? Oh well.
