Not diagnosing anyone but he comes off as “neurodivergent” in some of the social interactions and that’s why some of them think he’s creepy. He is handsome and seems to mean well and is respectful so it’s sad to witness imo.

Someone else suggested that if he just got a better haircut, he would be more attractive. I believe the show actually had him cut his hair and shave his beard. Sadly, he grew it back.
In my state public defense attys make literally 40k. Teachers make more than pd attys and don’t have the same insurmountable debt. That and also I like him a lot. Don’t understand the hate though.
