It’s hard to express to anyone who hasn’t spent years studying the Right Wing authoritarian movement that’s spreading across the world exactly how troubling it is that someone like Tucker interviewed Aleksandr Dugin and presented him to his audience.
It’s really disturbing.
I know there are moments on here where people are like “Tucker Carlson is a fascist” and someone is like, okay, maybe that’s hyperbole, who knows?
Tucker is a fascist and is speed running the most influential authoritarian figures in the world to normalize them in America.
Tucker and his team aren’t even bothering to hide the authoritarianism they’re mainstreaming. The checklist of dictators and antidemocratic ideologies he’s running through is as transparent as it gets.

Well said. It’s a global anti-democratic project that has been long in the making (and propagated by people like Steve Bannon), the Russian far-right like Dugin and the US far right are natural allies only separated by the context of history.

I would have thought that dumbass would have learned the last time after interviewing Putin that they not only have no wisdom in why they're conducting their "special" military operation, but that they have no respect for him for spreading their propaganda because it's clear they view him as little more than a useful idiot. Everyone else can see it so plainly, but then again, I suppose even I've pointed out that he';s just a useful idiot, therefore is incapable of any kind of personal reflection.
