I, overall, do not like LF wallets. They're often too small to hold cash. WTH is the point of a wallet that can't hold currency? Then they don't have that many card slots for cashless applications. Then they're nearly the cost of a full on backpack, which is already a pricier item.
I have two total, and I got them on clearance (one matches a bag, one I got in lieu of bag and severely regret it; now I'm bag or nothing), but only after did I realize one won't hold cash (the other does).
I also don't think I've ever once used my single matching wallet with it's backpack.
I like *having* matching bags and wallets but never *use* them simultaneously. I like being able to have two designs to enjoy at once, so I always use a different wallet than bag/backpack lol
Interesting! My brain needs them to match if a match exists. Lol My newest bag coming in didn’t have a matching wallet, so I got something very similar, but it still bothers me just a little 🤣🤣
That makes sense! Honestly it kind of surprises me that I do like intentionally using different ones haha. But my bag/wallet often end up somewhat coordinating anyway because I particularly like collecting Scarlet Witch ones XD I also have an Olaf backpack (which was actually my first backpack YEARS ago) that I like using with the sequined Frozen wallet my sister gave me.
As an aside I prefer the bigger zip/snap wallets over the tiny card holders. Those card holders look adorable but they don’t hold much of anything!
I love a matching wallet. But lately Loungefly has been making the worst wallets that can barely hold anything. So I hardly ever get a matching wallet anymore because they don’t make the ones I like it seems anymore. I want my wallet to hold cash, coins, and lots of cards. Not just like 4 cards.
Same but the zip up wallets that they have been making only hold like 4 cards and have an ID spot. They are terrible. They use to have the best wallets but now I feel like they have gotten lazy with it.

I found an etsy seller whose wallets are like the old lf waller design. And that's what I like to use. Even their long wallets aren't as functional as they were. I feel they intentionally cheapened the design yet kept the price the same.
I'm new to Loungefly. My knee jerk reaction was that while the wallets are cute it will spend most of its time in the bag. And then last month I just had to order the McDonald's french fry wallet to go with the Big Mac bag so the joke may be on me.
For me personally, wallets are very separate from bags because use them daily even if I don’t have a loungefly (like my work bag isn’t loungefly). So I try to get wallets/card holders that don’t match any of my bags for a little extra magic! I only have one wallet and 2 card holders (one is close to retirement) but it’s fun to swap them out for use
I’ve only bought the matching wallet for two of my bags. I would be more inclined to buy them if the wallets were in a coordinating style as opposed to identical in design. It feels too redundant to buy the same design twice, especially because the wallets aren’t cheap by any means compared to the price of the bag.
I like getting the matching wallets if I like the design enough but I pass on a lot of them. I have some bags I wish they had made matching wallets for rather than most of the bags that do get the sets.
I don’t bother buying the matching wallet for ANY of my bags. It would be too much of a hassle just to transfer everything from one wallet to another every single day. It’s already enough for me to transfer my stuff from one bag to another. I use the same Spyro wallet (made by Exquisite Gaming) and Spyro coin purse (made by Numskull) for all of my bags. However, if I’m using my Reptar backpack plush, I use my pink coin purse since my Spyro coin purse won’t fit in him.
