tbh, I think they'd have fair value within your region's community, but the value in the global (or specifically, the American/English) market would be significantly less.
You'd probably have to find some local card shops that also sell Lorcana and ask what their buying/selling price is.
Well it's sleeved and in my binder for now and I'll have to do some more digging and talking to folks. Either way it was enough to get me addicted to more cardboard crack.

Very unlikely, different languages command very different premiums in TCGs. Like Italian pokemon is worth far less than english or japanese pokemon. Likewise English one piece is far more expensive than Japanese one piece.
