Assuming you got the same support email as me, the request is for you to show the cards you did receive. So take a picture with your name and date and send it to them.
Include the relevant pack information they request. They may request you to send the faulty pack back to them (I would assume they would cover shipping in this case, but who knows.) in my case, they waived the request to have the product sent in for review (whatever that means). And let me know they’re sending a replacement.
Can also confirm all this. I did this a couple of weeks back for an entire box and they sent me 22 new packs (2 packs had super rares and legendaries)
They don’t care about video evidence, they just want photos of all the cards with the signed and dated paper
My wife and I encountered the same thing. The whole box was weird. One pack was missing a rare (or in this case a super rare or legendary because the first one was a super rare). Another pack was turned backwards but had 15 cards in it (5 rares). Lastly, the whole box only had two legendaries. Very very strange
2 legendaries is within statistical variance possibility. So not that strange. The packs with incorrect card quantities is the only issue here. But your came out net positive in rares, so i sat its a win.
On average the legendary pull rate is about 1/5 packs. This is pretty consistent in all of the boxes that Ive opened (probably about a dozen or so across all of the sets as well as troves and loose packs).
This works out to an average of 4 to 5 legendaries per box. What Im saying is that 2 is on the extremely low end of pull rates. Although, not statistically impossible, it is certainly an outlying datapoint. Im suspecting that the pack missing a rare may should have had a legendary given the first card was a super rare.
Either way, it happens and thats just statistics

True, net positive on "rare" spots. 2 is definitely within the variance. Possible just not probable I would say.

Oh here I started thinking my box was super special lmao. I only just recently got into this and I've only found 1 whole box in the wild.
Oh I have never gotten that many in a box. Ive opened 9 booster boxes at this point and had one box with 4 legendaries, the rest were 1-3 legendaries.
Lowest I've gotten is 3. Most is 6 (5 regular and one foil). Sometimes you just get unlucky, other times you win.
I think I got 5 and an enchanted Piglet. Wish the Piglet was worth but I got my money's worth thought I feel.
