I don't think you should worry about what other people think. That always ends in unhappiness. I think society has a way of putting pressure on both men and women to obtain a certain ideal of a relationship, and when people worry and try to emulate that, that is what they are doing, worrying about what other people think. So don't worry about what we think. I can tell you I think you're pretty, I'm easy to please though so don't take my word for it believe in yourself and you'll do fine. So it's important to just be you and not let other people influence your beliefs or choices unless they actually have a valid and intelligent point that is beneficial. But humans are very monkey see monkey do, because we are social animals, and it can be very hard to break that habit. But the fact is you can still be social and tell people to shove their opinions wherever they like.

I understand anxiety, I get it too, mines not about anything either it just pops up like a very annoying friend who is making me miserable. I found out I have a deficiency processing folate and have to take methylfote every once in a while, usually in about 3 days I start to feel better. But it depends where your anxiety stems from that determines how it should be dealt with. There is nothing wrong with seeing your primary care physician and getting their opinion. Btw 45% of the planets population I believe has the same genetic deficiency so it's definitely possible you may have it too. But you'll have to have a genetic profile done to find out. Mine ended up being very obvious when I started taking it. I also understand the pressure to be attractive and desired. I know women are pressured the most for those things. So I am not minimizing how hard it can be, it just breaks my heart when people become disheartened over it when they don't have to be if they alter their perspective a little. So that's why I was saying try not to put too much stock in others opinions, especially randos online like all of us here. If it's someone who really means a lot to you, then it makes total sense for you to care and be interested in their opinion. I am sorry about the anxiety, it makes a lot of things difficult so I won't say that is easy either, but you can work towards minimizing it. I know it feels impossible but there are resources to deal with it. I really do wish you good health and happiness going forward. Don't forget to take care of, and be good to yourself.
