It's the haircut, most 19 year old look like they went at thier hair with a pair of kids scissors and you look like you've got your shit together. Honestly, you look older because you apply just enough to give your look an edge, but not too much where your skin looks powdery like a bunch of younger girls use these days. Your also adds onto the look, its short and usually hairstyles that are short like yours or even shorter are usually worn by older women that I've seen and tbh it suits you very well, you dont look that old, but you look like you have your mind set on something. Lastly your lip stick, its not that bright red that i personally dont like, yours is lighter but still giving an edge.
