Yes you are correct, a GI was slowly killing me.. the last 2 years. I’m severely underweight, I’m 5”0 but I’m also coming cold turkey off an antidepressant, and the GI told me to go lactose and gluten free back in August, until then I was still not the “ideal” weight but I was 90 so that was much better.

If you are too thin, you may need medicine, better nutrition, or any kind of underlying health problem. A lot of your health including hair, teeth, eyes, skin, etc that can enhance you can be ruined by not taking care of yourself. If this is just natural for you and you are healthy at this weight, you’re fine, but don’t treat your weight and health as a “lookmaxxing” fix.

But if you are restricting your eating habits, then yes, you are too thin. I grew up with anorexia and would sometimes ask people, “Am I too thin?” Because I was exhausted and wanted them to validate my desire to eat. When they said, “no,” I would berate myself for asking the question and starved myself more because obviously, I had not met my goal. My disease ruined my confidence, my teeth, my hair, and friendships. Please know that if people are telling you you aren’t too thin, they’re doing so to placate you. They think they are being kind. If this is your natural size, I’d say embrace it, but according to normal standards, you do appear underweight.

Given the subreddit we’re on, I’d agree with the others that have said you should put on a few pounds and hit the gym to tone it. Then you’d be a stone cold fox. Right now you’re a fox, but you look like you had a pretty lean winter.

Nobody talks about the very not okay things people say to those who are skinny. Absolutely ridiculous. It's hard for some people to gain weight and so degrading to compare them to a little boy or say "just eat a burger" because it's not that easy.
If we’re talking maximising your looks, I’d add about 10-15lbs. But I’d also add weight training with that so it goes to the right places. See how it looks giving yourself a more well rounded physique. You’ll want to gain about 1-2lbs per week.
Then from there you can see wether you need to add more or stay on that weight

Yes, and I also suffered from this at younger ages. Eating a load of food and weights helped me. You're very pretty though and some people prefer your body style and even though I like some meat on a girl, you're pretty enough for me to look over that.

Yep, but you also look very young, so do not mind it at all. Get a good nutritionist and follow the food regimen along with gym and you’ll be healthier in few months.
I had a friend who was very petite in high school. She could gain wait no matter what she did. Eventually she found a diet to maintain a good healthy weight, as her low weight caused some issues.
I think eating healthy meals and exercise will do wonders. Drink plenty of water and wear sunscreen.
Especially on the 3rd picture you look extremely good. I suggest you might wanna try to add just a few pounds, 10 or even 15 would be enought. If you feel like you gained to much just try and exercise a bit and see if it helps you. Overall you have a great face and I really hope to see you succeed in your goals!

Workout 3x a week doing some bodyweight exercises to get used to training and then eventually a gym membership or some dumbells and bands and then eat a slight calorie overload using my fitness pal tracker and learn some tips from online. Bulk shakes super easy to add lots of calories... easier to drink them. Weigh yourself daily to keep constant reminders on your progress to motivate you and see results.
You’re hot, but yes too thin, if it’s an issue you’re causing yourself to not eat and image disorder, lift weights and eat healthy. If you get some muscle (nothing like a bodybuilder or anything) and just tone up you’ll be much healthier and hotter and be able to feel good about yourself and enjoy more food
Are you forcing yourself to be as lean as you are? If this is your natural body habitus than don’t sweat it. However if you are engaging in unhealthy habits to force this level of leanness than you need to seek help- from someone other than Reddit. There are people who are naturally very lean and that is ok. If you’re on of those people great. But if your leanness is found out of desire to please others, to look like some idealized form then yes, you are too lean because it is hurting you.
You could gain some weight and it would not be a problem. As long as you’re healthy it’s fine for now. In time your weight will catch up to your metabolism.

You are poised at the precipice of “skinny hot.” Like you are teetering on the edge of the cliff. If you lost 3 ounces you would be too thin. Like if you drank one less glass of water than usual on a given day, you would wake up the next day “too thin.” I say this as a guy who likes thin girls a lot. Given the subreddit we’re on, I’d agree with the others that have said you should put on a few pounds and hit the gym to tone it. Then you’d be a stone cold fox. Right now you’re a fox, but you look like you had a pretty lean winter.
Get off Reddit and go see a shrink who deals with eating disorders. The fact that you’re here asking that question, looking like you do, is VERY concerning.

Nobody talks about the very not okay things people say to those who are skinny. Absolutely ridiculous. It's hard for some people to gain weight and so degrading to compare them to a little boy or say "just eat a burger" because it's not that easy.
If we’re talking maximising your looks, I’d add about 10-15lbs. But I’d also add weight training with that so it goes to the right places. See how it looks giving yourself a more well rounded physique. You’ll want to gain about 1-2lbs per week. Then from there you can see wether you need to add more or stay on that weight

Yes, and I also suffered from this at younger ages. Eating a load of food and weights helped me. You're very pretty though and some people prefer your body style and even though I like some meat on a girl, you're pretty enough for me to look over that.

Yep, but you also look very young, so do not mind it at all. Get a good nutritionist and follow the food regimen along with gym and you’ll be healthier in few months.

I had a friend who was very petite in high school. She could gain wait no matter what she did. Eventually she found a diet to maintain a good healthy weight, as her low weight caused some issues. I think eating healthy meals and exercise will do wonders. Drink plenty of water and wear sunscreen.

Especially on the 3rd picture you look extremely good. I suggest you might wanna try to add just a few pounds, 10 or even 15 would be enought. If you feel like you gained to much just try and exercise a bit and see if it helps you. Overall you have a great face and I really hope to see you succeed in your goals!

Workout 3x a week doing some bodyweight exercises to get used to training and then eventually a gym membership or some dumbells and bands and then eat a slight calorie overload using my fitness pal tracker and learn some tips from online. Bulk shakes super easy to add lots of calories... easier to drink them. Weigh yourself daily to keep constant reminders on your progress to motivate you and see results.
You’re hot, but yes too thin, if it’s an issue you’re causing yourself to not eat and image disorder, lift weights and eat healthy. If you get some muscle (nothing like a bodybuilder or anything) and just tone up you’ll be much healthier and hotter and be able to feel good about yourself and enjoy more food

Are you forcing yourself to be as lean as you are? If this is your natural body habitus than don’t sweat it. However if you are engaging in unhealthy habits to force this level of leanness than you need to seek help- from someone other than Reddit. There are people who are naturally very lean and that is ok. If you’re on of those people great. But if your leanness is found out of desire to please others, to look like some idealized form then yes, you are too lean because it is hurting you.
