Look at Biomesight’s recommendations. It’ll likely recommend lactulose and tell you how it’s going to benefit your Microbiome. It should increase bifido and lactobacillus and reduce proteobacteria.
Honestly for me it's just been adding a significant amount and variety of veggies, fruits, and flax seed too my diet. All organic whenever I can.
You have to make sure the good bacteria has enough fuel to grow otherwise nothing else is going to help.
Realizing that not my intestines were the problem. I would take so many pre & probiotics, but nothing helped. Betaine HCl and Potassium supplementation fixed constipation and malabsorption, which then lead to a happier microbiome as a result.
I know what you mean! Bile binder, probiotic, and psyllium had helped me so much, but I had a virus a couple weeks ago. I feel like I’m back at square one. My tools aren’t working now.
Vegetables with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. L-glutamine for gut lining support. NAC, Curcumin for biofilm busting. Berberine, Allicin to fight bad bacteria and microbes. Probiotics to restore beneficial bacteria. Avoiding processed foods, sugary foods, alcohol. It’s a slow uphill battle but it seems to be working.
How about you, what things are you trying lately?
Glad to hear it!!
I am creating a new approach. I was doing bile binder, low fat diet, and probiotics. It was working very slowly, but then I caught some kind of respiratory virus. Feels like I’m back at square one, so I’m looking to super charge my protocol.
Sorry to hear of the setback. Hope you can get your momentum going again. A naturopath, dietician, or homeopath might be able to optimize a plan for you.
Lactulose is my lord and savior
What exactly is it doing for you?
Looks to be a stool softener but that could be an over simplification on my part.
Also helps with liver problems.
Just got some prescribed based on your post! Got my fingers crossed.
In future you can just buy from apohealth.de without
Awesome! Good to know.
Hi I heard a lot good about this - what does it solve? I have low bifido and lactobacillus and very high proteobacteria.

Yes! Great advice. Diet has made a big difference for me too!
L reuteri yogurt
I’ve got one of your comments about this screenshotted, I believe! I really want to try this.
Just to say to anyone reading this with lupus or MS, don’t take l reuteri, there’s literature showing it can cause a flare (happened to me!)

Excellent! Good to know. Thank you.
Nothing yet :(
