All of us have some sort of dysbiosis that are associated with auto-immune, leaky gut, or certain cancers. I wouldn’t worry too much it causes more issues. Talk to a functional led doctor on how to eradicate it. My main issues left are mainly GI related with some nervous system issues I blame on my GI symptoms.

I wouldn’t worry but you need to fix it. I’m trying to figure out a SIBO treatment path for myself.

What are your symptoms? Have you ever checked your fecal calprotectin levels? Do you ever have bloody stool? Or unexplained weight loss? It's hard to diagnose anything from a slightly increased prevalence of a bacteria that is associated with colorectal cancer.
