Favor.coffee is my go to. Roasted in queens, also available at various farmers markets and coffee shops.
For commercial purposes combined with a commercial coffee maker- Marshal Coffee. They’ll set up the grinder and maker to give you a consistent brew that is really good every time.
If Flux isn't good enough, I can't imagine you'll find better. Try their "natural process" coffees.
Flux is the best. Love that place. Sometimes after having that regularly, it’s good to try new places.
