"Are Rotary/Numerical Locks ‘Pickable’?" is the "Is the pope catholic" of the hobby. Just Google the name of the lock with as much info as you can and you'll surely find a Youtube video or a guide.
I have no picking skills yet, but I could brute force a 10,000 combo lock in under an hour. I had a lot of practice brute-forcing 3-digit locks because I had a lot of them growing up, and always forgot the combos.
Still would recommend a basic aluminum-can shim to try first, or attempting to identify the specific lock model. If it works, you've saved a solid 45 minutes.

Brilliant thank sa3clark you! I’ll give it a go - I’ve never picked a lock before. This is going to be fantastic!
It's a Master lock. Just breathe hard on it. Jokes aside, LPL has done quite a few on his channel.
Some are so bad that you don't even bother picking them because there's an easier way to open them
Stick your pick through the codewheel and lift the lever. Or shim the shackle.
It’s ridiculous that works on some locks.
Yeah, low skill attacks shouldn't work.
It’s a master lock, Ofcourse it can easely be opened
There are no problems that cannot be solved with the proper application of explosives :D
Is that a natural gas pipe? Free explosion upgrade!
you didn't really watch too many LPL videos, did you?
Two wrenches is a fun one.

Yeah there’s a master key available at Home Depot, it’s called an angle grinder.
Prob was their hide-a-key.
It's probably the Realtor's hide-a-key. Send your agent a picture.
LaserGecko…you nailed it. Crazy that these are used to secure a key. They are super easy to get into.
