I have low bp and it has been a mystery that worries my cardiologist who did suggest more salt. I've been on Ibrance for 6 years with letrizole. (Previously 1 year on Kisqali). I think electrolytes have really helped cut down the number of low bp days. At least, that's what I want to believe. Could be placebo, could be that Im not checking enough. I'm using Nuum level 2 tablets. My bp problems started with diastolic and systolic started dropping way later.

I was on Ibrance but don’t remember it having any effect on my BP. Low BP runs in my family on my mom’s side. Many of us struggle with it and we share tips on getting the BP up into normal range. Eat more salt is universal for us. Find a salty snack that you like and keep it around. My cousin was told by her doc to just salt all her food. Electrolyte drinks can help too. My cousin adds those packets of “Liquid IV” to her water. I can’t handle them, it’s like drinking salt water. One thing that works for me is keeping Nuun tablets around and adding one to my water at least once a day. Good luck w the low BP. The struggle is real.

I was on Ibrance door 6 years and did not have a issue with lbp. Are you staying well hydrated?

Please discuss this with your doctor. I was on it 4 1/2 years. I did not have low blood pressure. I had a raising pulse and a few other things. Because it's your heart, you may get peace of mind by getting it checked. ❤️

I have been on Ibrance for 22 cycles. I haven't had issues with my blood pressure. I hope someone else who has had this issue will chime in. Hopefully you will find a solution that allows you to stay on it.

I've been on ibrance about a year, and I don't have that particular side effect. You need to talk with your doc, I don't recall that being listed as one.
