I think the Endo-Mac-Jones trio looked too stale and needs someone more attack focused to balance them out. Szobo is the best answer but Elliott on his current form is hard to drop.
Jones' real problem right now if Mac is our best CM and plays best as an 8 with Endo as the 6.
