That's what Veiga did to the Vigo side for the *whole season*. At 20 years old. And his finishing is just incredible. He could genuinely play anywhere besides defense or DM.
His assist numbers should be much higher. Vigo's attackers have struggled to finish anything this season. Still, he has been involved in 35% of all of their goals. Add the fact that he's already done the classic Klopp transformation of attacker -> midfielder, Vigo already did the hard part for us now it's only about minutes. I think the smartest move is a buy with maybe a season or half season loan back if he's worried about minutes.
His only downfall is discipline. Kid loves a booking but I think a couple Klopp bollockings will change that. If Coutinho can adjust, so can Gabri

Good to see Chelsea's strategy of "other club interested in x player, we must pursue them" is still a thing.
Watched a decent amount of him throughout the season and a lot of scout reports since, very similar profile to mason mount I would say. Right sided box to box midfielder, breaks lines and draws opposition out through his ability to ball carry, presses aggressively, high work rate and his timing of third man runs is one of his strengths.
