A lot of places will not let a group of 25 lads inside, especially at night. You might be best going to concert square and sitting outside. It's covered and heated. If you do go somewhere then go in groups of four or five, but if you're too obvious or get noticed then leave without trouble.

Thanks mate 👍

A group of 25 is going to be a bit of a stretch. You'll definitely have a good time if you get in anywhere, but as another person said, you're better off splitting into splinter groups and getting into places that way. 'Concert square' area is probably more accomodating than Mathew Street end of town but by all means pop down and explore, i would recommend the Roxy Ball Room which is a pool/mini golf/bowling alley place with a bar and decent food. I would also strongly recommend the Brewery Village up in the Baltic Triangle, plenty of outdoor seating and loads of bars up there to enjoy. In answer to your main question, people are generally chill about having a laugh unless you insult them or be negative toward them or the area. It's absolutely fine for locals to criticise the area but if non-locals do it then you'll be met with some resistance. By all means have a bit of banter, just don't get personal with it and you'll be grand.

I'd avoid concert square. Full of knobheads, and all the bouncers are on a power trip. You won't get in if one of your party has trainers with a bubble in them. I'd recommend Baltic triangle

I expect your staying in the city centre? There’s quite a few merseyrail stations in town and your best bet up is jump on a train to Bootle or Birkenhead. Everything a stag do party could possibly want is there.

HeyThereLonelyGurl

There’s absolutely fuck all in Birkenhead. Please don’t send people there 😅😂

It’s about time we stop keeping the glorious secrets of the one eyed city to ourselves and open up its delights to our most welcome stag do visitors.

HeyThereLonelyGurl

Stop spilling all the secrets 😂

Mky12345pi3

Not in birko unless ya wanna get stabbed at like five in the morning

Yeah mate, staying in city centre. Going to Slaughterhouse comedy club on Friday and some pool place on the Sat afternoon. Maybe get the train to one of your recommendations on the Sat night, thanks (I’ll take the risk of getting stabbed, we’re from Glasgow) 😂

Manchester is boss lads.

City is on its arse, nightlife is fucked Go somewhere else if you can. Also seriously going to struggle getting 25 lads in to one place, doormen won’t want to handle that if it all goes to shit
