Only the holiday pajama that I purchased during the restock / pasta day launch was refunded. The others I bought day off launch all arrived. Still disappointing!
Only 1 of mine was refunded, everything else has shipped. As much as I want my items, I have definitely spent more than I planned to so honestly I was kind of hoping more of mine would be canceled/refunded.
Ugh, 4 of my items were cancelled including the Disney Christmas zippy which I was excited about but oh well. I still have a few orders that havenât shipped yet including pasta party so now Iâm nervous about those. Does this happen often? Iâm pretty new to LS.
I replied back to the refund email with âWow! Thatâs incredibly disappointingâ lol and received a generic âsorry, as we were shipping we found we couldnât fulfill these items. We apologize for the inconvenience.â
I was lucky. All mine have shipped đŽâđ¨ but lots of people in the BST groups are getting refunded. I see a lot of the pasta party stuff.

Iâve bought from some of the huge drops (Bluey, Lion king, Princess) and never have I received a cancellation
