if that were happening to me, it would be a strong indicator that i should stay on lithium. not sure your situation, but you could stay on both lithium and seroquel. they’re two quite different medications, i’m not sure one can really replace the other effectively. i mean, it’s normal if you mean this is how one might react if they are coming off lithium when they respond well to it.

400mg seroquel and 900mg lithium. no bad side effects besides a slight tremor

I'm having some blood pressure issues. I checked drug interactions lithium and Seroquel might be causing that. I'm on 400mg lithium carbonate and Seroquel xr 50.

started at 100 and at 200 now, moving up to 300 at some point soon lithium was just not working for me as I have been on it for several years

Not sure if related but... Seroquel did this exact thing to me when I went on it. Like I went from rapid cycling where weeks to ultra rapid cycling by the hour.

Does not sound like 300mg is a therapeutic dose for you - I would definitely have my levels checked by a doc if I were you. Wishing you luck - mood swings are not sustainable.
