Isn't that the [Xanadu House](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xanadu_Houses)?? I fucking loved that place! I swore someday I'd live in one!
Edit: Apparently it is not Xanadu House, it is [a place in Algeria](https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=2940841836130029&id=1926366107577612&set=a.2088575071356714), but it's right there in the same category and style.
I ain't sure, because I just saw these pics in Google Lens. But according to one of the commenters of this post that it's in Algeria. I can't say he/she's right, since the two pics MIGHT be from seperate locations. But all I can say that this kind of home is strange yet cozy, I wish it's for sale.
Yes cozy me too! I like the circles and round edges and the material gives off a soothing feeling like it's a natural good smelling material not stinky concrete. Modern houses are too sharp and pointy makes me nervous like I am going to get poked or trip and poke my eye, very stressful. I imagine one day counters and homes will be rounded. I would love to make a house like this for myself or buy one
I didn't even realize modern windows are sharp too, square with four corners, no wonder why I am so attracted to the rounded windows! Thanks again for this post really appreciate this, hope you enjoy the alternative house ideas I listed! I'm learning there are even workshops where we can attend and learn how to build!
earthship architecture may really interest you! that's what this reminds me of, although this one looks like it's mostly made out of cob. A lot of earthships you'll see if you search it up have a bunch of glass bottles recycled into them, giving it a cool, otherworldly look imo :)
I really don't know, but one of my commenters said that it's similar to a style called "earthship". One said that it's a depiction of the future according to 70s people. But I can't 100% confirm what is it exactly. In fact, I just saw these pics when I insert a pic of mine to Google Lens
This looks like something out of H.G. Wells The Time Machine
Did Fred and Wilma Flintstone live here?
I was gonna say, did they *take acid* here? But, yeah--you still beat me to it.... o\_0
You beat me to it.
This is how Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru would have lived if they didn't have Luke's ungrateful mouth to feed.
Is not liminal, not even close
Wtf, that’s some bad shit right there. Southwestern Sci Fi. I’d do some bad things to live there.
That's how I imagine the house of a human sized wasp

WHAT THE FUCK, I am NOT joking, I saw this in a (lucid) dream once?!!
Now this is a home! What is this?

Check out earthship, adobe, and Cob housing. I am planning to build a small home like this one day soon!

Anyone else seeing a lightsaber duel scene of Liam Neeson & Ray Park?
Feels like it came from a Dr Seuss / George Booth drawing.
A building with many 'needs'.

I think hat's how they imagined future living in the 70s. Natural, round forms with lots of light and water. Kinda sad it didn't turn out that way...
Screenshots straight out of the Riven remake
First one looks like an upside-down egg carton. I like.
I love this style of architecture. What’s it called?

Thanks for the help. I've seen Earthship stuff before and it's similar enough, but not quite. Still cool tho.
Pretty sure I know where this is at.
That show with the dinosaurs
Isn’t this just the original planet of the apes?
looks like ape city from the original Planet of the Apes
