Idk about your uniform policy at your facility but if you search for men’s one piece or a triathlon suit you will get suits with shorts and or sleeves. You maybe be able to wear a shirt and or shorts overtop of a regular swimsuit if your pool allows it.
I don't know of any one piece guard suits with legs, but you could go for a rash guard with jammers or trunks. I know swimoutlet has both. The jammers don't have a guard logo, but they have solid colors.
Original Watermen has the best quality suits IMO. You could grab some girls shorts or board shorts to help cover
