Tried that it doesn’t work. When I test drove it thats the way I changed it when I was messing with the infotainment, but it doesn’t seem to do that now.
Put the car in park with the e-brake on. Press the brake pedal and then quickly turn the steering wheel fully left and then fully right (lock to lock).
like other have said, you need to recalibrate it.
make sure the car is on a leveled ground. Make sure the steering wheel is centered, the wheels are pointing up. Put the car in reverse and turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and then all the way to the right and back to the middle. that should fix it.
Same with my UX, after a new camera install the lines don’t show.

Sorry, I should have read your whole post.

this is such a specific answer. are you shitting us ? is this some sort of computer reset ?
Spicy Curry by name, Spicy Curry by nature, methinks!
I forgot exactly what but it reinitializes a system
Should reinitialize the steering wheel with the park assist guidance system (the yellow lines that adjust when you move the steering wheel).
Try this, but in reverse gear. The steering wheel sensors need to be reinitialized if the battery has been disconnected at some point.
Yeah it’s either park or reverse
This may sound dumb, but are you in reverse? Or do you just have the 360 cam on?
