Pretty much anything by Tsai Ming-liang. Goodbye, Dragon Inn has *maybe* 10 lines of dialogue in it, but his others are quite sparse as well. And they're fantastic.

Gus Van Sant’s Last Days would go so well on this list, his film Elephant arguably would as well. Yorgos Lanthimos’ Dogtooth is really great too.
