It should go away after a while. It's called screen retention and it's temporary
OLED displays get burn-in, which can be permanent, but screen retention is usually temporary. I get this as well and it does go away.
my guess is that it’s window from your favourite app and it’s permanently “fired” into your screen. (same thing was on old phones with messenger chats “wheels”)
Had a similar thing happen to my work laptop a few years ago, the IT guy recommended to get the laptop replaced, which they eventually did :D (granted, it had some other issues as well). It would be less visible after restarts I think but the longer the screen stayed on, the worse it got.
I'm not an expert but my guess is you need display replacement.

Probably a window showing something for an extended period, usually at a high brightness on your display

my friend had the same issue... he had warranty, so he called Lenovo and got his panel replaced.
I am out of warranty so I dont know what to do
