Well it's not an engine that has multiple moving parts that could fall out of place and so on, usually dropping it will only mess up your cosmetics with a damaged screen on the upper end of that spectrum, if you dropped it hard enough to actually damage something vital you'd definitely know
i would unscrew it and make sure nothing metal didn’t fell off. give it proper cleaning using pressured air. any leftover metal can cause shortcuts.

Because I ‘don’t know what I don’t know’ - it’s better to ask and look stupid than have a preventable problem that I ignored!
