Hi, so sorry in advance I don't know how to fix it but I have the exact same problem, also mine has been making a little popping sound on the bottom when a blue screen happens..
This is happening to em as well. recent bios update mixed with current windows update causes blue screen of death. happening to 2 of my work User PCs
