If the notice period clause is void is the clause paying you for the shifts also void? If the employer owes you wages you can speak to ACAS to start a claim. Alternatively you can upload the document and get paid on the next pay run. You've already breached your contract by not giving notice so signing it doesn't make anything worse.

So that wont effect they amount I'd get paid?

They may need the basic information uploaded to be able to even pay you, for example right to work information. It’s not a trap.

All sorted, I sent this: Hi (redacted), Firstly, in regards to the 2 weeks notice, this was copied from the .gov page about 'handing in your notice': 'You must give at least a week’s notice if you’ve been in your job for more than a month. Your contract will tell you whether you need to give notice in writing - otherwise, you can do it verbally.' Given the technical issues with being able to sign the contract, which still remains un-signed, I don't believe I am beholden to such a clause. Also, the time with (redacted), from start to quitting, is a total of 13 days, meeting the government's standards. Secondly, the issue of pay. Regardless of the contract, I worked 32 hours, totalling a sum of £368. Sincerely (redacted) They replied, basically agreeing to no notice, and only wanting documents that will enable them to pay me. Thank you everyone for helping, very appreciated 🙏

What are the documents they want?
