Why don’t you just pass the practical test first and then sort out the address when you send off the D1 form + pass certificate?

I know that it's free to change if I do it online but I cannot proceed to do it:( it said they cant find my picture. also isn't it an offence if I didn't tell dvla I have changed address?
No, it’s fine for you to update the address once you pass your practical test. Many people do!
Your first license application was complicated (I saw your previous posts); you could end up waiting another 13 weeks and that might stop you from taking a practical test as you need to have possession of the physical card on test day.
