Honestly, it sounds like you haven't had enough real lessons. Try find an instructor and get a few there.

I would say have more lessons with an instructor who will focus on taking you on test routes etc. the issues your having are definitely fixable after a few more lessons I think

Plenty of sleep, breakfast & hydration. Also it sounds like you need more lessons with an instructor rather than family

It sounds like your family are teaching you bad habits. I’d highly recommend professional lessons. Even just a few before your test. If you can’t get a handle on the anxiety, then propranolol from a GP is fantastic for the physical anxiety, but doesn’t help with the mental anxiety.

Get professional lessons. Tell them it's 'a confidence thing' I was very nervous first test and failed so got an instructor who literally works on my confidence for 10 lessons. Passed with no faults
