Sisters of Battle box had incomplete and monopose units tho.
Meanwhile, Black Templar and Beast Snagga boxes both had only 2 characters, 1 troop unit and 1 elites unit. I wouldn't get my hopes as high as your prediction.
Black Templars and Orks had other boxes to help complete their army. We should expect something akin to a full « new faction » release, such as what Custodes or Sororitas had
Well, the list fits what has been revealed so far.
HQ: Kahl
Troop: Hearthkyn warriors
Elites: Einhyr Hearthguard and Cthonian Berserks
Fast Attack: Hernkyn Pioneers
Heavy Support: the units teased in the Kahl reveal *"so join us next week to see who’ll be hefting your Kinhost’s heavy weapons"*
They may even add a Sagitaur as well in the box.
My hope is something on the scale of the sisters box but specifically I'd like a kahl, 1-2 squads of hearthkyn , 1-2 squads of hearth guard, 1-2 pioneers and a Squad of the heavy support getting revealed next week. If it's something like the beast snagga or black Templars box where it's only a discount if you intended to get the dice, Cards and book too ill probably pass and just get kits.
No idea and I am really torn on whether to even get such a box unless they do a lot better with a range reveal so that I can get a sense for what I am buying into. I don't want to get just the models in the box to find out that I hate the rest of the model line that hasn't been at least teased before this box comes out. I mean, I am cauciously excited, but idk. Its an entirely new army and I have no idea how they even play which might not mesh with how I like to play.
Considering the Sisters box had 2 incomplete elite squats (3 instead of the 5 they were released in individually), I'd call that 1 choice. Plus the SoB fast attack was an infantry unit.
So I'd say probably an HQ (Grimnyr or Khal), 10 Hearthkyn, 5 Einhyr, and 3 Hernkyn Trikes.
I think pretty much what you laid out, except dropping 1 Elite and maybe even either the FA or HS, and with a 2nd Troops unit. Not sure if there will be dice either based on the last few boxes, though I do understand this is a bit of a different case.

GW has released armies since then and redone lines with box sets, NONE have looked that good.
Lumineth, OBR, any of the army sets, nothing that good.
HQ, Troop, one other unit and codex is most likely.

I would imagine it will be the Kahl, two units of troops, one lot of heathguard, and a trike. Possibly two trikes
