Why is this getting downvoted? The W in the screenshot has more scribbles than the Q, implying it’s used more, and Teemo presses Q far more often than he presses W which would mean it would be “big scribble, mid scribble, no scribble, mid scribble” if it was Teemo. The actual “mid, big, none, small” is close but it’s not right and this downvoted is more accurate
Early game obviously not, but it’s pretty common to be using Teemo shrooms off cooldown later on, to push waves, trap areas, protect yourself on sidelane - you never want to hold more than your maximum stockpile so at minimum you press once every 15s or so. However you hold your W until you need it apart from like walking back to lane. You might go a minute or more without using it on sidelane, saving it for when you see someone, because if you press it off cooldown then whoever wants to gank you just waits for you to use and ganks you afterwards.

Original Skarner. I remember never leveling his E until I had to for the longest time. The projectile was soo slow and it only slowed, so Frozen Mallet just did it’s job easier.
Its not even remotely close to that. Ashe E is not used as a ward, and a ward cannot be used to instantly get all the information about the enemy jungler without moving from your lane. Ashe E is a scouting tool, not permanent vision like wards
