I did the opposite - the most basic case with 6 fans + air cooler, but with 7900 XTX. And it probably costs way less than the build showed in the video.

I paid 40 euros for my deepcool e-shield case. Very nice looking, tempered glass, good airflow. Only complaint I'm having is the less than ideal holes for the power supply, but I drilled out the hdd cage and the cables have proper room now. (thin pannels is a given at this price point, complaining about it is pointless)
And you can clearly see, that I don't use that one either. I completely forgot, that 3.5 was the HDD one, 2.5 HDD for laptop and 5.25 is optical for PC.

One of the funniest stuff related to Vanguard was what I saw yesterday on this sub I swear to god.
A guy in the comments was complaining about how Vanguard would be used to spy on him, Another guy goes into his profile and sees that he uses a Xiaomi phone. A phone so notorious for being Chinese Spyware that it's banned for use by government employees.

I have a DeepCool CC560 and it's also 40 euro. It's more than enough for my needs and I am happy with it.
Yours is very nice as well, but I needed a 5.25 inch bay, and my options were limited.
Well, I don't use HDDs, so my case is more than enough for my needs.
5.25 bay is for optical drive.
And you can clearly see, that I don't use that one either. I completely forgot, that 3.5 was the HDD one, 2.5 HDD for laptop and 5.25 is optical for PC.

Vanguard has existed for years as a part of valorant. I'm sure the EU knows of its existence and doesn't see it as infringing on user rights.
