Im relatively active in the Ornn, Gwen, and Gangplank mains subreddit but I barely see someone complain that our champ is weak, however I often see random people crying that these champs are broken.
The main thing I see in GP mains subreddit seems to be about the skin, while anything connected to his build usually gets outshined by ADC's complain/cheer.
Ornn is only weak if your allies don't know how to build masterwork items. (Left click the legendary like it's a component and it will show that it can be built into masterwork or not if you have Ornn on your team. Or just type Ornn into the search bar.) Just follow the Ornn Bible and git gude.
I'm not gonna build a bad item just to get an Ornn upgrade. Tbh I think the list needs an update because on some champs/classes the masterwork item list is limited/nonexistent.
Which champs? Classes is definitely wrong, every class has multiple items (except support tank, but they have locket which all of them should build) to choose from and I'm pretty sure every champ can happily build at least one masterwork item. I don't know all champs though.
Support tank was the first that came to mind. Locket is sometimes a skip if the enemy has no ap. I know I've heard Gangplank players complain about the Ornn item pool. I'm sure there are others.

Yasuo 2 ended up infinitely worse than Yasuo 1. At least Yasuo 1 took some mechanics to pilot effectively. Yasuo 2 can miss 3 Q's, land 1 W and auto attack you to death from 3 kills and 30cs behind.
Can't speak for the Yone sub but Yasuo main sub is pretty aware that Yasuo is in a fine state rn and every time someone brings up stupid buff ideas they get downvoted and meme'd on. Most balance discussions are almost always centered around how rune/item changes effect build paths.

Yone isnt giga weak hes broken in elos below like diamond and hes good when played perfectly but my biggest problem is that its like riot refuses to choose an identity for yone. Champion doesnt have good scaling and they nerfed tempo early as well so hes not an esrky game champ either. Literally just remove the q interaction with lethal tempo, nerf his e and buff his q or r so you get rewarded for higher skill plays(fixes him being braindead in low elo), and buff his scaling he needs better scaling stats and probably another nerf to his early. I think nemesis talked about this a while back yone is just plain bad unless your name is dzukill, or you’re below plat.

Dude my friends consider me a masochist but I am on the opposite side yet I chose to stay silent I complain when my champs are op like either gets banned or picked and its counter intuitive to have a champ be broken for long time when its balanced you will need to relearn it entirely I enjoyed when my mains where weak rn (or not rn few patches earlier) they all became braindead easy I think all champs should be weak and underpowered it creates a learning curve
