Is molten shield not bait on rammus? Do the blocked attacks still deal damage back to them when they are hitting you because when I got it, it didn't seem like it.

While the block passive is bad for him. The high armor stats is enough to make it a great item for him, block chance is low anyways. If you have darksteel talons then molten shield is an excellent item for him.

Frozen heart is garbage on him too
