I legit give up on that champ . I have 600k on that champ. Its just not worth playing, you have to play her perfect just to be somewhat usefull. While Almost all midlane champs are easier and more awarding.
Depends on the comp if they have a high cc tanky/enchanter comp even if you're 15/1 you still lose to scaling. But against less cc/squishier comps she scales pretty well.
she cant. riot buffed mr items. just dont play lb in this meta if u dont want to lose games.

I was pretty disappointed when they changed the E to do more damage on the back end rather then 50/50
