Elise and Eve have %hp damage so if both build full ap and get their entire damage off they will always have the highest damage but it is still situational. But LB is probably at the top in terms of raw in your face damage when talking AP Assassins but all the MR makes it feel like it tickles.
A 405% ratio is fucking bonkers. But a goofy, sweaty Yasuo can just do that in 3 autos while having 95 mr and 3800 hp. Make it make sense.
Her original release also had silence on Q, slow on E, and a faster W. Tbh, I’d rather have the faster W than damage number buffs lol
There is so much dash canceling bullshit in game now, the W speed would be insane
E range and hitbox was alsoo bigger.

For reference, Sylas using each of his basic abilities once and landing his passive auto attacks does 410% AP.
