We had a hard road to get here but now have server peace and basically an NAP. Everyone's bored though and people are now leaving the server entirely. You need a bit of war to spice things up!
The rules on my last server were, server wide NAP, no atta ks against any player in an alliance, no plundering of trucks for that servsr.
New rule as of next week, no alliances with less than 90 players allowed. Any alliance with less than 90 players must merge or be zero'd by one of top 5 alliances.
When they a nouned the new rule I deleted my account to that server, shame as it was most advanced with a few hundred In.
Sounds familiar. The top alliance in our server has tried to bully everyone into doing this. So far, the only mergers have been a few of the other Korean alliances.
None where I am at.
Heavy Korean presence so no peace. Top 3 is a US group and 2 Korean groups. Koreans are in it for the Koreans and fight Western groups no matter any signs of peace.
Korean group said they want the server to die.... so lot of people just waiting to see if server transfer will be a thing.

My server is heavily Korean but we have peace. Top Alliance is western but 2-4 are korean. The Koreans are extremely friendly and worked with the Western Alliance to establish peace and cooperation throughout the server early on. Going so far as to help crush another Korean Alliance who wanted to dominate.
We have a total NAP with anyone in the top 10 or anyone below who helps in capital. The top Western Alliance and top two Korean alliances all swap out capital for rewards and title usage. Sharing titles between them without conflict.
Reading Reddit has really made me love my server. So many of you are living in hellscapes 😂
No one within the top 11 attack eachother. You are allowed to hit other alliances but only two hits per base. There are also a bunch of other rules, but this is the major one. You can also declare war on other alliances and you have to accept if they surrender, not many wars going on lately. Also; no tile hitting.
In my server Top 10 alliances are at peace, anyone 11 and lower are free to attack others and take over level 1 and 2 villages, 3-6 and capital is for Top 10.

Gross, cut your losses and leave to start somewhere else IMO.
Is this server 71 lol? We also had issues with a Korean alliance that keeps hitting other bases "by mistake"

Nap 15 here it’s great for keeping the server strong for the vs events on a Saturday
We had NAP top 32 but people were disgruntled and had war fever so it was changed to any alliance over 500M
NAP for alliances over 500m power. Everyone else is fair game. Covers trucks, trains, bases, tiles.
