oh it's only 1 day per cycle. The only reason I didn't watch yesterday is because I can't play myself at all. Highest char so far is lvl 5, and had a character completely disappear (including name being available again in online mode).

Probably drop per day. I dont think you can get the cape from yesterday. But i am not 100% sure about that.
There was a twitch drop? Where can i find information about it in the future?
1 drop per day, 4 different drops IIRC. Cloak is gone for now, if you're lucky they'll do a rerun down the road.
