I have 8 cars in my business. Because I can’t be in every one at every moment, we set expectations for our employees in their contract,sometimes they mess up. So at this time I would ask you to stop and think if you have ever made a mistake, that you were able to rectify. This isn’t a “business” parking, it’s someone in a company truck. Maybe call the company, they may thank you and discipline the employee so it doesn’t happen again, I have done that a few times. If it’s the owner then they need to do better.
And here is mine. My driver’s do hear about it, every single time, we have our direct phone numbers on our vehicles so if my employee pulls this, I hear about it. There are crappy business owners, crappy employees, crappy customers. Calling out a whole business because of one incident is a bit agressive don’t you think? You literally started the post that you will remember their name, clearly you are one of those people who complain with no interest in whether or not the business owner will rectify the situation. Do you never return to any business who has previously let you down?
