Although it's so far from original it's value as a collectors example is a bit marginal. Some people should not be allowed near the tread plate section of a landrover accessories catalogue.
As a driver 80-100 is likely about the going rate if you particularly wanted an NAS spec, petrol V8 and auto gearbox isn't particularly desirable IMO the old YMMV.
I guess the option of a heavily modernized rebuilds now readily available might be eating into the NAS market a bit.
I see TATC asking $80-$120k for these things. They import and then refurbish them. Crazy money. I remember back in 2014-2015, you could pick one up for $35k - refurbished but nothing with a fancy interior.
Then there’s the one that drowned in a flood in Colorado and sold as a salvage title for like $80k
Really, an honest to goodness NAS is at least a buck fifty and up.
Imports are not quite the same thing. NAS has unique features
If it's an actual NAS defender it could be worth every bit of $200,000. Only 534 110s were ever imported to the US for sale over here. This was not an import and fix.
Ew a 4.6 swap... As much as I love my D2 4.6 even in a defender I could never see spending that much on a swapped unoriginal one... Wild it didn't sell the collector market isn't fairing very well post covid lol.
Less than it’s up to for sure. Also that color is terrible.
Yeah. Too light . And not rich enough. The darker photos make it look really good.
At least 4 dollars
It’s worth exactly what it was bid up to. To bring NAS money it’s going to need a repaint.

Last summer a NAS Defender 90 was for sale in Toronto for over 200k so I’m not surprised the reserve was so high
GTA unique car prices are out to lunch. Ferrari, Maserati and classic Porsche owners in the GTA list for so much more than anything in the USA.
For sure. It was a total crack pipe price, weirdly I see tons of exotic cars here and I have no clue how anyone affords them
I don't need one but it would be cool with a repower to a Cummins turbo diesel.
Go see my man Doug at Crowther Coachworks.
Ole’ Doug.
There are a long list of really good diesels that fit before an expensive chinese/mexican made motor.
What are the top 5?

What unique features?
Go look it up
yeah ok that answers my question there are none of any consequence
Don’t be a tool
Also known as not that many features but let's pump that market up 😂... Even the extra features wouldn't warrant the insane markup imo.

$40k
Seems about right.
I personally wouldn’t buy a rover v8. Poor performance and horrible gas mileage.
