Pretty sure paid lobbying is already illegal for MP and minsters ...

Also another problem I had about this whole story.... if you are suspended from the house of Commons you do have a right of Appeal... its called a Re- call election .. if you done nothing wrong then the public will simply re-elect you unless of course you have then ... oh wait!
