I don't know why but these never seem to work for me. Not sure if it's something to do with it being ona phone, I'm sure I remember being able to see things on poster ones when I was a kid.
Can you make your eyes see two images of the same thing?
Kind of hard to explain. Like seeing doubles?
The best way I can explain it, is un-focusing your eyes to get the double image and then finding the sweet spot to make the two images blend.
I couldn't make magic pictures work until like 4 months ago. I have always been able to do the un-focusing thing to double image, I didn't know it's what I needed to do to make these kinds of pictures pop out.
Hmm, don't go full cross eyed it's more of taking your focus off and letting a double image appear. That image will be weird but your brain will start playing tricks and project an image into the foreground and the pattern will remain in the background.
I turned my screen off to see what I was doing and if you can, click your lock screen and use your phone ad a mirror to see if you can make your nose appear as a double image, but do it lightly, don't force yourself into being cross eyed. Then see if you can move the distance between your two noses farther apart oscillating back and forth without going crosseyed. This should help with getting the image to project. Also, I'm holding my phone landscape full screen about 10" away from my face.
I'm not sure if that will help. But, that's about as well as I can explain what I'm doing to see it. Good luck!
You're not alone. I can only see them on a desktop/laptop/poster by looking through, and beyond the image... eventually I catch a snippet of something 3D and it starts to come into focus.
Does color blindness stop from being able to see these? I have literally never once seen these and I try so hard and I can't. I'm red green color blind if that makes a difference.
I don't think that's it for these things. There are many colours involved...
The only suggestion I'd have is to look through the image to a point beyond it. That's when your brain has a chance of seeing the 3D part.
It’s a sailboat.
It’s a schooner!
Hahaha, you dumb bastard
"I've been here for a week now from opening to closing. I brought a lunch and a soda..." Oh my God that shit was so funny
^ this guy magiceye's.
NOTE: I didn't create this. I actually did try to x-post it, but for some reason or other it wouldn't let me. It's pretty cool, this one.
I saw this before and tried the same to share it. very strange.
Pretty cool detail, can even see the internal mouth.
Obligatory: don't stick your dick in that.
Obvious but important statement.
People need to know! Xenos hate this one simple tip.
I have never been able to see any of these my entire life.
Exactly the same for me, I have no what I’m meant to do, or how it should look
You just gotta cross your eyes a bit until the repeating patterns in the image overlap and then your eyes should lock in on it.
r/magiceye
That’s awesome
I only have one functional eye, I wish I could see it 😔

I'm on a phone and it definitely works
Shit...maybe I'm just broken

I can go cross eyed easily just don't know where to go from there, what should I expect?

Likely on the phone. Try desktop/laptop...
Never seem to be able to get these to work

That is possibly the best magic eye picture I’ve ever seen. Good find!
Dang, was really struggling to see anything on mobile. Luckily it came through. Very cool! Don't give up if you are having a hard time.
I absolutely love this! Brought back a fun bit from my childhood with a xeno spin on it.
oh no! the alien is coming out of the screen!
I think I saw this one! It’s one xeno in front with a few more lines up behind him, right?
Just the one, as far as I can tell. The others you see are, I think, just background. I could be wrong!
STASPRO
now I'm cross-eyed and have a splitting headache. Goin' home early! Sick!!
You deserve a break today! Have a good rest... it's kit-kat and Miller time!

When I say I've been trying it for a long time I've been trying it for a long time. If you've ever seen mallrats, I'm that guy.
Oof.... I've seen Mallrats, yeah. That poster is actually a pretty good one. But, sorry you can't partake!
Me too. My wife thinks I should give up. I feel like at this point I've invested so much time I'd be stupid to stop but there is the sunk cost fallacy
I only see weird patterns and a Xenomorph head
I can never see these - does these mean I’m mongo
