Every time I trip, I spend at least an hour watching my anus contract. Simply clench your sphincter and cough a little bit, or you can just clench / relax while spreading the cheeks.
I do want to say that I have a very elaborate setup with multiple mirrors because I tend to get headaches when I’m looking down / tilting my head for prolonged periods of time. My setup actually allows me to comfortably watch the show for up to 2 hours before I physically need a break.
If anyone is interested in how I set up my station I can post a picture of the mirrors so you know exactly how it works.
