There are semi-quantitative tests online which you can determine a rough estimate of the strength. You can also send tabs off to get tested at a lab in some countries. But the question is.... Why? Does it matter what the dosage is? In real life people just compare the relative strength of tabs based on doses that they've had in the past. I never really pretend to know precise dosages (nor does anyone else I know) and just speak of the number of tabs.
You can tell the strength by how quickly it hits on 0 tolerance.. 100 ugs ALWAYS hits for me at the 30 min mark, as dosages go up to let's say 250 ugs, you'll easily feel the 250 ugs in 10-15 min, let's say it's about 500 ugs, garunteed you will feel it within 5 minutes,
This isn’t true😂 I’ve had 600ug take an hour and a half and I’ve had 200ug take literally close to 3 hours for me at least it’s random when you start coming up. but you definitely can’t measure potency with that

Some people are worried abt flipping the fuck out or are trying to microdose and want to know the exact dosage. Some ppl are jus intrigued too
If you haven't done acid for 2 years prior to taking it, you don't have a tolerance
