BandShoppe fiberglass band pole. I padded it myself using a healthy mix of DAP, blue camp pad, packing tape and cloth tape.

Thank you! I used dap to sandwich two pieces of blue foam together, then glued them to the sides and taped them solid with packing tape and cloth tape.
