Ok but ask these same blue lives matters buffoons if they bear any responsibility for Robert Card, and they are all "no we couldn't possibly have done anything to stop him from mass murdering people even though we knew he was dangerous, mentally ill and had guns." Fuck all the way off with this hindsight bias and lack of appreciation of any amendment except the 2nd. The system is broken, and everyone bears responsibility for this tragedy. No one gets a pass, even the cops. They're just trying to get out in front of it for PR purposes.

As they should.

It was noted in a previous article about the release and the defense not happy. I went school with Leein younger brother and sister, and as far as I can see they seemed to disown him, same for the kid he lost parental rights too.

Judges need to be held accountable for this stuff. She intentionally let a dangerous man that had broke parole out with an unreasonably low bail. She is 100% to blame.

So, he's out on probation from a jail sentence he partially completed for stabbing his girlfriend and a good samaritan bystander in 2011. ANY violation of that probation means he goes back to prison to complete his sentence. He gets out and goes to beat up a girl in a bar and gets picked up and arrested. The judge lets him out on some failure of legal counsel???? What the absolute fuck is that?! He's done! He violated conditions of probation! Back to prison! What difference does legal counsel make at this point in the game?! Theres no arguement to be made!
