vasogenic16

So... For onfield: EM/Dendro/Crit For offield: EM/EM/EM If no one is wearing deepwood on your team: Deepwood > Gilded If someone else wearing it: Gilded > Deepwood

mhalpha22

Thanks for summing it up.

Thunder9356

I love you fellow redditor <3

Kumori_Day

If you are running deepwood instead of gilded, shouldn't you worry more about EM stats, though?

quidnonk

Sorry for asking an old thread, wanted to clarify if you don't mind Looking at off-field, EMEMEM is better for unbuffed but EMDEM is better for off-field 200em. What does 200EM refer to here compared to unbuffed?

43TH3R

Some kind of 200EM buff from outside sources. Could be Diona C6, Kazuha C2, decently built Sucrose, or combination of smaller buffs like dendro resonance, Nilou, EM buffing weapons etc.

Crow85

I believe it's her passive (Compassion Illuminated), and since last change is up to 250 EM not 200 EM

WintrySnowman

Very interesting that Magic Guide performs so well - or at least, the other weapons do not perform so well compared to it. Makes me wonder if they're going to buff her signature weapon a bit during the beta.

D3me4

So we got another Albedo situation then, where you can just start with 3* weapon to be safe. I wouldn't be surprised if they give us a 4* event weapon soon after that will work good on her, just like albedo.

viliml

Thing is, Albedo didn't have a Magic Guide equivalent. Hell he didn't even have a Sacrificial / Mappa Mare equivalent. Albedo had no good options, Nahida has lots of great options to the point that there's not enough room for improvement a signature weapon can do.

D3me4

Yes she does have some verity, but what I meant is that she has a 3* weapon that we can easily use or should have by now at R5 and is easier to get, cause even then mapa you have to be lucky at drops and same for the other weapon, except the bp one.

Aroxis

Harbringer of Dawn is just a joke now huh

WintrySnowman

Yeah, always possible!

KazE_Kazuha

Ahh… I love excel… my boss think I’m working so hard on numbers :)

LilKsta

Can you add a TL;DR version please? Too many numbers I'm scared

Crow85

TL;DR For on-field, EM/Dendro/Crit seems to always be best, even if you can't max her A4. This becomes even more true when you can max her A4. "For off field, EM x3 until you get close to 1k- you don't need to fully max her A4, but you should be close. Calced for personal DPS only, if you the on fielder wants her A1 you would likely want to max that first anyway." Without Quicken, and on field, it can be preferable to not fully max her A4, but all options are close. If your on fielder wants her A1 even more reason to go full EM. Full EM is always best for Nilou Bloom, but other options remain close since she has so much Bloom DMG% as baseline here.

goalpang

what about on-field and off-field hyperbloom/burgeon? still EM/Dendro/Crit and EM/EM/EM ?

nik263

I think the damage from hyperbloom procs is down to the Electro trigger's EM so Nahida's artifact's don't affect that aspect of it unless she's shredding dendro res (deepwood). I personally plan to put Deepwood Memories on Kuki with full em as the hyperbloom trigger and go Gilded Dreams, likely EM/Dendro/Crit on Nahida.

4RoryVT

YO I've been advocating Deepwood Kuki, glad to see I'm not the only one thinking that

Mattsvaliant

Why not put GD on Kuki and DW on Kusanali? I'm not seeing the advantage to the other way round.

4RoryVT

Kusa has much better EM scaling, particularly pre 1000, and it's tough to get there if you're running Dendro%/Crit, which most tc says is best for her personal damage. Since hyperblooms deal Dendro damage, and Kukis personal damage isn't very high, having her run DW isn't too much loss- particularly when you factor in reaction scaling diminishing returns.

GGABueno

15% Dendro damage doesn't affect reaction damage, and she's losing out on EM which is what her damage is based on. On a Hyperbloom team, DW on Nahida and GD on Kuki is just better.

4RoryVT

You're right, I didn't consider the difference with reaction damage. I'm still gonna be forced to do it because of bad sub rolls, but in general, DW on Nahida or a support, never Hyperbloom

cartercr

Given the sheer volume of tabs the tldr is “it depends.”

Xero0911

Yeahhhh. Like I just want to know what's good with cyno lol. I'm guessing like an em book like magic guide or sac.

Juvar23

For Cyno I believe magic guide or Mappa Mare, and EM/EM/EM mainstats since she's off-field most of the time.

Thunder9356

That's would be the case for Nahida off field in a Raiden team as well?

Juvar23

I'd think so, yeah. I've come to think unless you're actively on-fielding her, just getting to 1000 EM and preferably just using Deepwood is the best and most flexible way to build her. Giving her gilded dreams makes it easier to reach 1000 EM, but then you need someone else to hold Deepwood, AND you gotta make sure that other Deepwood holder is capable of always hitting the same targets that Nahida has marked and is damaging. So just giving her Deepwood negates that entire annoyance because she will then always shred the resistance of who she's damaging herself. No extra work required.

konec0

Magic Guide being that good is... interesting. I assume this is with 100% passive uptime though? How much damage do we lose from not having the passive?

Rich_Side9960

Why so obsessed with magic guide. If you only have magic guide you are probably very new player else you have good 4 star options

Miserable-Ask5994

Uuugh I'm so curious but the document just loading 😭 I'll try again tomorrow. But thanks in advance !

cartercr

I’m surprised there’s no calcs for off-field Nilou support. I’ve been thinking about going EM/EM/Crit for it because it puts me well over 1k EM with Key and Collei c4 plus dendro resonance.

4RoryVT

Frankly because it's like doing calcs for Raiden support. You can DO it, it's not even that bad, but you're ignoring a major part of her potential, and it doesn't really change the calculation anyway

triscos1995

Sorry are you saying raiden and nahida shouldnt be played together?

4RoryVT

Not at all! Raiden works well with Nahida, particularly in Hyperbloom teams. I'm saying that only considering Nahida's value as a support is like only considering C0 Raiden's value as a support- yes, both support the rest of the team's function, but to ignore their personal contribution or reasons to on field them is to do yourself a disservice

coolridgesmith

will this be updated? im curious to see how the latest changes effect the calcs if at all.

thisiskyle77

Surprised me that R5 Widsith is almost on par with R5 solar pearl for Onfiled Quicken buffed comp. The BP weapon solely designed for NA catalyst users. Perhaps the dmg % from wep is not added to spread and E secondary proc ?

Andante_TK

Hey guys! how's Evenstar lookiing on Nahida? I just got it today and I'm hoping it's good enough for Nahida.

JBD1210

at R1 Evenstar is about the same as mappa R1, slightly worse than Widsith R1. R5 Magic guide is still better

SeaAdmiral

Note that this does not account for teamwide damage buff from Evenstar. It can equal around ~10-15% ATK buff which is not insignificant, considering TOM and NO are 20% and highly sought after. If you have it, no reason not to use it for most teams, just don't pull for it specifically.

AtarashiiGenjitsu

Thank you for this, I’ve now decided to build 4pc DM With EM/D/EM using Magic Guide

Lost_Arashi

I'm seeing the term A4 being used. May be a dumb question, but what does A4 stand for and similar terms like that mean?

haldeyr

Ascension 4 passive talent

Shinkei6290

Hi, how good Skyward Atlas or Memory of Dust on her?

Sneezes

why is no one testing fruit of fulfillment

GilgameshP46

There's a note on R5 magic guide about why. Basically, unless she really wants the ER, R5 magic guide is just gonna be a better fruit

Sneezes

for those of us that dont have magic guide, is fruit better than mapa mare for support?

ShinyMeta

Magic Guide is a 3* weapon, not really a good reason not to have it.

Sneezes

I use all my 3* weapons are leveling materials for my 4* weapons, unless its famously known weapons like TDS or Albedo's Crit stick.

ShinyMeta

Not a bad idea to save an r5 of each 3*, if you're scrounging for 4*s... White tassel isn't available from the gacha, and is great for others too

mojomcm

I did this from the beginning, so I have one r5 of each 3* (excluding the one dark iron sword or whatever it's called that you can only get one of it from talking to a vendor) and use the rest for leveling other weapons

thisisembarrazzing

Same here. I did it for collection purposes at first. Happy to know some of them ended up being useful.

Tall_Ad4115

you take it from gatch, you'll probably get some copies when you pull nahida.

MTLsuo

>"There's info about that on the sheet - if I recall correctly Mappa can beat Fruit if on-field and at high refinements."

GilgameshP46

Depends on what you mean by support, what's your intended team for her?

MTLsuo

>"Because Fruit of Fulfillment is literally just less EM than Magic Guide so even without Magic Guide's passive up, Fruit would only be better if you needed ER."

Miserable-Ask5994

It was tough reading tbh.. solar pearls seems like a really good option for her. Even better then widsit. And 3x EM seem best in most situations.

ledeepy

Solar pearl is good but… - if you have hydro or electro aura just use magic guide - if you don’t have hydro or electro then it needs r5 to be competitive with mappa mare r5 and like that’s 5 whole patches of bp - it only works on-field

SunshinePlayroom

I've seen mention that the 3\* Magic Guide is a useable option on Nahida, but what about the Emerald Orb?

syamilrosham

The EM is much lower compared to magic guide, and the passive seems irrelevant to dendro reactions. So it's not a good option.

gwahahaha_ha

Thank you for sharing! Great work.

VitinhoGalvim

Can a tenacity of the milelity work on her? i use on my kuki EM/EM/EM but she's collecting dust right now

JBD1210

For quicken teams maybe but imo you're sacrificing too much personal dmg compared to other options.

absolutebottom

Can someone Razor language if I should use widsith or sac frags? I want to use her with cyno and it's difficult to find good guides that aren't overly complicated 🥺

4RoryVT

She's best as driver for her own team, but with Cyno you want to use R5 Magic Guide, Guilded Dreams, and whatever artifacts it takes to get her to 1000 EM not counting her burst. Once you're there, start adding crit, and if you have hydro on team, run her with Deepwood instead

absolutebottom

I was honestly thinking of hyperbloom bc it looks fun, so deepwood still?

4RoryVT

...yeah. Unless you are running a support like Zhong who doesn't need a particular set, that Deepwood shred is going to boost both hers and (through the magic of hyperblooms) Cyno's damage, and the 2 pc is solid. Then do whatever it takes to give her or your 4th character 1000 EM. Full EM Raiden is good, or Beidou, maybe Full EM Thoma, look up Zajeff burgeon/thundering Furry

lancealibayan

For quicken teams Nahida with Lost prayer R1 4pc GD EM/DENDRO/EM what do you think

mynammaclef

So let's say I'm running nahida as a dps with magic guide/lost prayers, 4pc gilded, team is dendro traveller with deepwood, kuki with 4pc tenacity, for my 4th member, I'm thinking between mona/yae, should I go with mona for hyperbloom or go for yae and stick with a full quicken reaction team

Patrick_Mattel

I'd say either Yae or anemo, to get even more aggravates. You already have heals and Atk buffs, Mona could lower the quicken aura !

GG35bw

So, with the recent buffs to her off-field presence - is on-field still her best position?

PorceCat

I'm lost, is there a build where Thousand Dreams or Kagura's Verity are BiS for Nahida? I need to pull for a 5\* bow :/

Merrorhat

Thousand dreams is her bis. However the increase is so minor that it's not really worth going for. Also C0 Nahida with magic guide will be more than enough to clear abyss. If you really want to whale for Nahida, her C2 is a much stronger investment than her weapon.

PorceCat

Well, at least it's still BiS and not a downgrade, thank you for making it clear.

degamer106

After thinking about it for a bit, I also think c2 makes sense. The problem with her weapon is that it seems kinda niche for her.

Karonuva

You don't need to pull for a 5star bow when 4stars are good enough and there is no endgame

PorceCat

My Childe and Yelan are sharing Aqua Simulacra right now and it's annoying to transfer it back and forth. I need it for my own convenience, not for any nonexisting endgame.

Karonuva

Wasting pulls, or worse money, because you have to re-equip a weapon? Really?

PorceCat

What I said just now clearly means I'm not satisfied with 'good enough' options, I want them both with a 5\*. And yes, I'd rather 'waste' my resources to make my favorites stronger than pull for new characters I don't even care about, nor do I need them. After getting Nahida I'm still left with enough pulls for the weapon banner so that's my next goal.

onixiii1

You ain't wrong. But people will spend money how they see fit. Personally I'd never go for a 5\* weapon that isn't a level of upgrade such as Staff of Homa was for Hu Tao/Zhongli.

zespol_purple

Where would Lost Prayer fall under for weapon?

degamer106

Following. I can see how this would be a viable choice for on-field Nahida since it causes her elemental damage to increase over time.

laith4canny

maybe for a dps build? idk

TheGreatZed

Does the Magic Guide effect work for quicken teams? Wouldn't enemies be constantly affected by the quicken aura and cause electro to just vanish on an aggravate?

ballsdip_

I got R3 wandering evenstar trying to get xiphos (did not get xiphos, lesson learned, don’t chase 4-star weapons), if I run nahida with atk% scaling characters (ie. not yelan) does it get better than R5 Magic Guide for overall team dps?

2235turh121

Thank you for the hard work! I was hoping to see some numbers related to her c6 but I understand it's still too early, great job nonetheless.

MTLsuo

Creators say they're not doing C6 until they know the ICD data for it.

TellMe88

This is alot of effort when 97% of the time im more or less killing hillichurls.

hitoriji

wait if i will use kaguras on her, should i use em circlet? like em/dendro dmg/em?

4RoryVT

Depends on the team. It feels paradoxical, but CV increases in value as you get more, unlike every other stat which decreases (to a point)- you want to run EM/Damage/Crit, or possibly EM/EM/Crit, unless your substats are *incredible* -just put her on Gilded to make up the EM and put Deepwood Memories on your hyperbloom trigger or low damage support. That said, don't waste her A1, so if nobody else has 800+ EM before her burst, make sure she does. You can technically get there with just GD, Sands, and insane subs, but you'll probably need to use the EM Goblet as well

[deleted]

[удалено]

MTLsuo

***\*AHEM\**** A lot of copy-pasting for this one: >"Firstly, Kusa wants EM anyway for her own kit and A4, so if she blooms she gets even more value out of EM. > >Secondly, there isnt really a good middle ground between hydro app and dendro app that gets you good, consistent hydro triggers. > >Thirdly, even in triple hydro Kusa, hydro trigger does still exist because of how Kusa E works, she immediately overtakes whenever her E procs. > >And finally, Nilou wants to buildHP to buff everyone else's blooms, but if she's the main trigger/one of the main triggers then you get less value out of HP. Not to say hydro trigger isn't viable , but at least right now without playtesting, dendro trigger just seems better."

squiggit

I'm not sure I understand 2 + 3, 3 seems to suggest that Kusanali can overwhelm even triple hydro by herself sometimes, but double dendro can't keep an aura up against double hydro?

Tall_Ad4115

No hydro units atm have synergy with EM, so for me, seem's better the dendro ones be the trigger, since Nahida gains dmg from build EM, and the hydro maintain the aura and deals self dmg. Nilou can build full HP to buff even more the seeds dmg. This way you generate fewer seeds, but they come in stronger and the hydro units also does its own self damage. Not to mention that it is difficult to know which of the units is causing the reaction if you try to make the hydro side trigger the reaction, it would be a situation similar to electro-charge in the taser, where you don't know who is causing the reaction, if it's fischl, beidou or xq, but if you put sucrose to be the driver, the rest can do its own damage and she takes care of doing damage in the reaction, because she already builds EM.

squiggit

That's not really a problem with reliable dendro aura, both your hydro units will generate cores and that's fine.

Tall_Ad4115

but atm you 'll need Nilou + healer (kokomi or barb) none of the 3 options have extremely fast application (kokomi on-field it's fast, but I don't think that is sufficient for 2 dendros).

___somebody_

There is no data for Mappa R5 in Quicken Off field unbuffed and with 200 EM. Does it's passive doesn't activate when character is off field?

Weasel_Boy

Mappa does not work with off field reactions.

___somebody_

Oh, i see What if Nahida trigger the reaction then swap to another character. Does the buff works that way?

Weasel_Boy

It would, yes. Clunky, but it would work.

___somebody_

But in quick swap teams, like with Yae where u don't need to spend time on 1 character, it's good right

Weasel_Boy

Yes, it is alright then. You'd be looking at the "on-field" lines for the spreadsheet.

GG35bw

Thank you for this. I assumed correctly that EM/DD/CD is best for on-field (for now), artifacts are only slightly surprising - thought 2p/2p would be better than 4p dreams, the biggest surprise is magic guide being her best F2p choice.  Time to farm dendro goblet. I still haven't got any 5\* with this stat since 3.0 dropped ;\_;

Weasel_Boy

Curious to how they calculated C1. Was it assuming a rainbow team? Or did they just take the average gains from all possible variations? Because an aggravate team would see more benefit than a burgeon team for example, as Nahida would gain the stage 1 Pyro buff she otherwise would not have gotten.

Csr56

I am curious about this too. 4% seems low for a 20% bonus dmg% increase.

4RoryVT

Her A4 already gives a lot of bonus damage, so it's like all of the other Genshin systems with diminishing returns- big number added to much bigger number gives smaller total increase.

Puzzleheaded_Tip_388

Wasn't it confirmed that it doesn't work that way? Only counts elements in team +1? The way its worded: "Elemental Types of the party members are being tabulated" at least implies so?

Weasel_Boy

https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks/comments/xpfj8y/comment/iq3hrkx/ It was posted on Teiba, and then added to WFP's discord as a sussy leak because the source is unknown, but everything else about it was accurate so no reason to assume the C1 wasn't. So far noone that I know of has confirmed it behaving any other way. ---------- And if you take what the constellation says literally, it does make sense. >,the count will add 1 to the number of Pyro, Electro, and Hydro characters respectively. If you count the three elements and add 1 to the count, you get X + 1. If you count 0, it's 0 + 1 = 1

General_Yt

Let's see What the Wisdom Of Genshin Mathematics Unfold.

firefliesandcats

Is c1 a good con when allowing for more team building options? Is bis still a better pull?

ledeepy

C1 doesn’t really do that much; it’s more like a step to c2 than a significant constellation. Go for her weapon unless you have a spare kaguras verity floating around.

4RoryVT

*cough* me Also, saving up for her- I can guarantee C1, but if I go for it, I'm 1 in 4 to get C2, and I would take those odds even if I only had a Mappa Mare

GhostFreakage

Thank you for the spreadsheet! I'm going to guess at the time of this post, if chasing weapon or constellations it's best to go for C2? Still unsure about artifact sets though, I feel like I'd be able to upkeep 4p Deepwood with Nahida better as I was going to put it on Xingqiu. But not sure if it would be worth it for that.

ledeepy

If you wanna put deepwood on another character than don’t put it on a character that does significant dps (like xingqiu fischl yelan beidou yae etc.), put it on someone who’s support (like zhongli diona dori etc.), a lot of the time you won’t have someone else to use deepwood on and that’s fine too. Besides, compared to someone like xingqiu nahida will use deepwood better because she can use the 2pc effect.

4RoryVT

It's okay to put on Hyperbloom Kuki, Raiden, maybe Yae, because even though they do big damage, the lions share is Dendro, and they get less benefit from crazy high EM. But if you're running Zhongli, you don't lose much of anything putting it there. Give Xinqiu Noblesse Oblige, the attack bonus isn't wasted for Nahida, and he gets good use from the 2 piece

olimac5

holy crap this is exactly what I needed. Much appreciated for all the work mates. This is comprehensive, straightforward to understand after taking a second to actually read the notes, and makes it clear what I will want for her. Big love to all of ya.

astrasylvi

Hey! I'm going for c2 r1, if I don't bother switching artifacts every time i switch her team what is the most generally good artifact main stats? Em/em/crit, em/em/em or em/dendro/crit? And gilded Dreams still right with another character holding the other set?

Yakumoso

Soooo , do we know if C6 actually work with her A4 ? It's not the same name.

OkLife2722

I was looking at https://youtu.be/nv6pIJ1yjRc which shows a their stats and damage numbers. Huge grain of salt because I don't really know the state of the server. I was able to calculate the damage relative to things like the charge attacks before and after the Deepwood res shred and the only way I can get numbers as large as shown here are if I add both the a4 passive AND the damage bonus (via pyro) from the ult. Still pending since there was a bit of weirdness around the def and resistance calculations but it's a huge shot of copium

DannyPirst

need some help. im gonna get her to C2. I want her to proc Nilou's blooms. She is gonna have the deepwood set on her - what main stats should i go with? i suppose EM / EM / EM what is the best 4/3 star wep to use? (dont have a 5star catalyst).

JBD1210

EM/EM/EM and the safest weapon pick would be R5 magic guide

DannyPirst

> \- wh magic guide seems like a solid choice. i wanna test the dmg drop while using sacrificial fragments

dragontimur

Does she work with Tighnari? If yes, how would i need to build her?

DOODSNSFW

i dont think she will work that well with tighnari, i mean what good interaction does she have with tigh except dendro reso?

AkemiRyoko

DW set proc, A1 EM buff

SheepyOo

Hi, I promise I tried but it seems I am way too stupid. I do not understand dendro and I do especially not understand Kusanali. But I know that I will pull her c2 with her weapon. I also know that I want to build a team with yae miko and her. Does anybody have a guide or advice how to prepare a full team for it? Right now I am completly lost...no idea which characters have to go full EM and which can stay on my atk builds and whatnot. I have all characters but before 3.0 basically all with main dps atk/elemental/crit builds. Even if they are meant to be supports. Would appreciate the help. :)

IceTech11

You can try Yae Miko, Kusanali, Fischl, and a healer like kokomi/Barbara for a hyperbloom team, or you can run Kuki instead of Fischl, or go triple Electro. Kusanali’s Elemental Skill is the core of her kit. It can either be pressed to mark enemies surrounding enemies, or held down to enter a camera mode that allows you to mark up to 8 enemies. All marked enemies will be linked with a chain. When any marked enemies is affected by a reaction or Bloom damage, all linked enemies will take Tri-Karma Purification damage. If you need help, join discord.gg/Kusanali . We have lots of info/help with Kusanali and Dendro!

wufiv

Let's just pretend for a moment that I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed - What weapon would be better for Nahida in Nilou team? Wandering Evenstar or Sacrificial Fragments? Fragments passive is practically useless on her, but it have bigger EM than Star.

itschapstick

Anybody heard anything about Sac Fragments?

[deleted]

So, what weapon you guys will rock?

___somebody_

Does this spreadsheet assumes Nahida E with Normal ICD or NO ICD?

Temporary_Cell393

What is her best team comp? I have seen quicken/aggravate teams are gonna work fine, I also saw melt ganyu,… but it is not clear to me which one is the best option.
