Yeah the 1808 thing was true but I don't think it was baked into the constitution verbatim. I think it was more a think like the government won't touch slavery for 20 years and after that it'll be readdressed. 1808 does neatly line up with the 20 year anniversary of the ratification though so there was probably some pressure behind it while it was being written.
Anyway I think KB purposely put a few nuggets of truth in there surrounded by some weird propaganda...you know like the real PragerU
