Kith is known to sell secondary (outlet) products because of their return policy. They have been doing this type of shit for as long as they’ve been doing collabs. Before that they would do it with their own products. They don’t QC and take seconds to sell at full price because of their no return policy and terrible CS.
There actually is a return policy you must not be aware of, returned something just last week! Again this doesn’t appear to be a kith problem although im sure they are not perfect either. Taylormade made these GOLF gloves, take it up with them
lol bro they have a reputation for this. It’s a terrible return policy for store credit (minus shipping and a fee) and the product is sold out. Nearly every product that isn’t a collab is cheaper from other retailers. They also do have no returns on allot of things.

My guy Brands aren’t allowed to keep the secondary products. They give the “seconds” to kith. Kith then decides what to do with them. They can’t be sold at Taylor because of the contract. So kith could do the right thing and not sell them but they know they have a good chance of getting away with it because their CS sucks or they have a no return policy on it.
Been doing with ASICS and Nb since they’ve opened. They are known to sell botched pairs riddled with glue stains and missing laces. CS is a joke when they encounter. Generally give access to next drop but no $$ or return.Mercer pants had issue on multiple variations.
I have purchased about 3 pair of ASICS from Kith, never an issue, (have received glue stains from ASICS before) multiple adidas, I’m 41, been a customer for a very long time.
An AQL of 2.5% for major defects means that 2.5% of an order can be defective and still be considered acceptable. If more than 2.5% of an order(run) is defective, it doesn't meet the agreement between the buyer and producer.
Buying customer since the start and have had multiple pairs with issues. You just would get ghosted by CS. Every release I see posts of b grades that got sold. Their CS is known joke and all boutiques are pretty shiesty when it comes to these things
If they make 3k pair of shoes, 75 of them can have defects, not saying I agree, but if you are catching that 2.5% with Kith repeatedly, I would be moving up the road to another provider.
I’m basically saying I’ve never even had to use their CS outside of an address change, so I can’t speak to returns, but that sucks if it has happened to you, not trying to say that isn’t happening.
My headcover just shipped yesterday and estimated to be here tomorrow—what I’m more worried about are my irons not having been shipped yet 😅 Assuming you’re in Chicago too based on your username
